i had some sweet and sour my wife brought home from somewhere she couldn't finish it. i think i'm gonna have myself either some stew or some noodles and broth for my 06:00 lunch though. the sweet and sour is what i had when i got up at 01:30. i just realized how long ago that was (it's 04:34 now). no wonder i'm getting hungry again. =^^= .../\...
I made a honey whole wheat bagel with a scrambled egg, some very thin slices of smoked ham, and a slice of colby jack cheese on it. And it was very yummy in my tummy. I'm normally not real big on eggs, but with my more intense work-outs lately Im craving protein like crazy, and if I just have simple carbs for breakfast, I can barely make it through my work-out, it just doesn't cut it. So my breakfast has got to have the protein going on.
Hmmm...the last time I had anything for breakfast was an omelette with mushrooms, asparagus and fresh parsley in it and it twas very yummy.
6 hard boiled eggs, 2 of the yolks from it them...some oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon
i usually have 2-3 yolks everytime i eat HB eggs. didn't have much to drink so only had 2 this morning. they're very nutritious
