What Type of Music do you Prefer?

Everything... mostly just Jazz, blues, bluegrass, reggae, and folk... well, of course, all of that combined would make my favorite musicians (depending on the spectrum) the Allman Brothers Band, Phish, moe., Derek Trucks Band, Gov't Mule, Keller Williams, Tim Reynolds, MMW, Cream, Wyclef Jean, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, the James Gang, Mountain, Blackfoot, Marshall Tucker, Steve Kimock Band, New Monsoon, and John Scofield... well, I could go on forever...

 

Darn I forgot jazz.

 

Although I prefer rock, most of my absolute favorites are in the folk genre.

 

It is nearly impossible for me to pick one. I listen to several different musical genres.

 

I've voted rock, because it includes a lot of subgenres I like, but I listen to so much more. The only genre I really don't like is hiphop.

ACDC, Guns n Roses, Jet

 

its cool bro, you a pretty cool hombre... and trickster... arent ac/dc and jet the same band? they sure sound like it

 

The same band? Wash your mouth out No-one compares to ACADACA. Although, i would love to hear Jet do a cover of some ACDC songs. The worst thing i have heard regarding ACDC though, is a version of "Shook me all night long" by Celine Dion and Anastasia. Bloody hell.

 

If I like a song, be it rock or metal or hip hop or whatever, I like it. So I like all genres of music. Having said that, the types of music I tend to find myself listening to most are: rock, metal, etc.

 

Indie, rock, alternative, electonica and more..... those are just the best.
