It's not illegal to be high. It is illegal to be publicly intoxicated, and operate vehicles under the influence, and they could put that shit on you, possibly some local "indecency" ordinances but being high is in and of itsself not prosecutable. Furthermore, acid would not be detectable. Dont get arrested tripping acid, thats a "bad trip." Go to a festival, or a concert then the after party. go around other people who are on acid. communicate in ways that you cannot yet concieve. create art. play music. hope that answered your questions!
when i'm on acid, i just stand somewhere for like 10 hours, and think about shit. there might be people i'm doing it with, but we don't talk too much. maybe put on some music every once in a while, or move around a little bit to other locations. if you were sober, that would be extremely boring of course, just thinking to yourself all day, but on acid that's pretty much what you do. i smoke like two packs of cigs, too.
Yeah I am in the habit of smoking A LOT when I trip. I usually go through 1 1/2 to 2 packs each trip. Unless you were breaking any other laws at the time. It is not illegal be in the state that LSD puts you in. It is illegal to posses it though.
