Apparently, but if it's only one person you're going to be chatty with you should consider using PMs.

I have arch supports and they help a little bit. It's a feamle 21-30 league so it should be nice. Maybe I'll make new girlfriends too! That's always fun.

its on topic - just talking about my upbringing in sports. its not my fault that you guys dont' want to participate with us. you even said you lowballed yourself to not play. why am i gonna respond to others when they said they played nothing while growing up.

and by that logic, mine and annies post in the championship thread should be PMs

Giving reasons for ones' non-participation is fodder for discussion but I can't make anyone BE interested in anything they don't want to be (wouldn't want to!) and there aren't rules against two people posting back and forth just as there aren't rules against other members of the community feeling snubbed when their threads are turned into private conversations between the same two people.

I'll keep playing basketball, Soccer and Football (mostly soccer obviously) for as long as my two legs keep going forward. That way I'll be healthy and fit and can keep up with the youngsters.

    i played footbal,soccer,swimming, volleybal,track, baseball,softball,basketball,gymnastics

i put most of my energy into gymnastics and the other sports i did on my down time as "fun". i was a gymnast from when i was 6 until 16 then long story short i got into a bad crowd of people and rebelled against my mother and moved down to florida with my father and bla bla bla. now i am a mother and expecting another.

well, I had to play lots of sports for gym/physed, but hte only ones I liked playing were soccer and floor hockey.

I was in dance in HS though, albeit bellydancing, not the most aerobic dance there is.

i also danced in middle school. it was an actual class. had it for 2 years

it was really arkward because i was outcasted for being white in 7th grade and had to dance with the people who outcasted me. was better in 8th grade, actually had a lot of fun. can i dance now? no

If you had to choose a sport which one would you reluctantly opt for?

My first answer might be football except I was small for my age in HS and would've gotten crushed. Probably track as I've NEVER been skilled in baseball or basketball.

Probably right with that one. It depends- probably would have participated in two or four mile meets. I was pretty fast at one time but there wasn't very much of me! :)

I sorta limited my choices to what was on the menu at the time... but for a grander menu I'd be interested in archery- maybe boxing or wrestling.

If I could jump aboard a time machine and go back I'd sign myself up for something and be dragged kicking and screaming to it... I'd learn to cope and would have benefitted from participation. I was too much of a loner and that really got in the way of many things as I grew up.
