What song is this?!

    Heard this song in a snowboarding flick a little while ago. The song starts off with an acoustic type feel with the lyrics "Paid your bills to the maker, as someone said only the good die young"...and a little later I picked up the lyrics "Paid your dues from the maker, something you did made the whole world feel young.." If ANYONE...anyone at all, can help me out here it would be most appreciated.
