What should I do?

I am interested in smoking weed. I know where to get it from and everything, but I am 13, and if my parents found out they would flip. I know about the side effects but I want to do it.

Expand your mind miss. The majority of us started at your age. If your in a place where you feel safe then there wont be any side effects. Don't go smoke behind a convenience store or go over to a persons house whom you aren't too terribly familiar with because then some paranoia may set in. What you THINK you know about marijuana-I'm gonna say is about 80% bullshit. I dunno where a 13 year old gets her information on pot but i hope its not from commercials and teachers.

 

If you do smoke, keep it occasional, and you probably won't get caught.

 

I would have to agree with that. If your parents are major lurks, I'd suggest chilling a bit before seeing them, and make sure to make plans so that you won't be around them at the time. Occasional smoking is great!

 

My main suggestion would be to sleep over at a friend's house when smoking just in case. Because the smell of weed is very special and easily recognisable + your eyes will probably be red. Going home on weed is a bad idea.

 

You are 13 just forget about it. There is so much out there to do and it is not like weed is going anywhere. Save your $$.

 

^^^ right.. no 13y/o needs any sort of drug in their system beyond caffeine.. and still you dont need that either you got plenty of energy

 

I started drinking coffee when I was 4 years old..

Yeah, my grandparents have always consumed incredible amounts of coffee. My grandma gave me a taste when I was 4 (it was all milky and sugary and sweet) and I loved it. Been drinkin' it since.

 

I say let him, as long as he doesn't get into shit like meth, herion, crack, or anything real hard.

But really, if it's only once or twice I don't see the harm. I mean I drank alcohol 3 times at the age of 13, and I don't think substituting a little weed would be harmful. But I really stress the occasional thing. Trying once or twice during an entire year is very different from getting mashed every weekend, ya know?

 

That "he" is a she. And I don't think its a good idea for a 13 year old to be trying marijuana. I don't even think I was in High School yet when I was 13.

My stance is that if marijuana were legalized it should have a minimum age of 18 to buy or smoke.

 

Probably would be 21.

 

I know people who have started smoking before 13 and have turned out great, but then again I know people who turned out bad after doing the same thing. It all depends upon the person's will. If you do get into smoking, don't let it take over you life, and don't start smoking regularly until you have been at it for awhile.

 

Finish high school. I first smoked on graduation night. If you are good in school then go ahead in try it, but if your a slacker then just hold off a bit.

 

Anyway, where would you get the money to buy weed at 13? I know i didnt have shit for money back then.

 

yo id wait until your brain developed to its fullest. but access to marijuana can help access heavier drugs, so just understand.

 

it's called friends, and anyone can get money at thirteen. rub your parents feet. i just want to let you know, once you do it you can't go back. it WILL change you DRAMATICALLY. it did with me. i wish i did it sooner. it put the focus where it needed to be. not on the material world. it enlightened me in so many ways. i say go for it. it'll take a few times to get stoned though. you'll think you are either way. i was such an ignorant little kid before.... man..
