Hi barefooters, Sifting through my hard disk, I rediscovered that I possess even websites in languages that I don't speak. For example in Spanish. More than 10 years ago, a nice guy found my first English draft on barefooting and translated it. I nearly forgot about this page, because I am not able to keep it up to date. But to my surprise it ranks among the first ten pages in a Google search for "ir descalzo". So I just improved formatting, added some pics and left the text as it was. Without Google you can view it at http://www.symbioseweb.de/bfoot_es.htm Hopefully this will be found by some Spanish speakers and will trigger them to make it better and to establish some nice descalzo web pages. I think barefoot lifestyle should be promoted in all important languages! All the best, Lorenz
Great! A good message for those who question barefooting. I have done it my whole life and believe in it. Today's "tennis" and "running" shoes are menace to foot health. Let promote barefooting ... open sandals if walking in questionable surface.
nice webpage ! good for me that being Italian I can understand a good deal of written Spanish and grasp a little Portuguese without having spent more than 30 minutes of my life studying them. Romance lang bonus
Hi Stefano, My special offer to you is an Italian website, two friends have made the translations 10 years ago. See http://www.barfusspark.info/it/itindex.htm Same problem -- can't keep it up to date
I have posted the link to your Spanish site in a peruvian forum, I hope it gets people interested in barefooting. Thanks for keeping the site.
All ressources for promoting barefoot lifestyle should be advertized! For example some Wiki Commons pictures of barefoot trails are under http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Barefoot_park and can be used by anyone, who intends to include a barefoot section in his homepage. I'll add some more pics within the next few weeks.
