Reading through the politics section of this forum, I've noticed a wide range of political opinions, and I just want to see what the political dynamics of this forum are.
independant, democrat, liberatarian in issue mostly, woulda voted for dean or badnarik last time if I'd had a shot.....
Agreed. I'm registered Democrat and my wife is Independent (I'm thinking of going that way myself), but I voted Green in the first Bush election, and Democrat in the second out of desperation to get Bush out of office. I was disappointed Dean or Krucinich didn't get a shot at it. It's sad that the system has become so blatantly bi-partisan, and the candidates we're presented with are laughable. It's more about who has the financial backing from the big Corporations and the media exposure than whose policies will benefit us most as a people. We could definitely use some electoral reform.
My parents are registered democrats, voted nader in 2000, kerry in 2004 (It was Kerry or nothing... at least someone who could communicate well with the public.) They were hoping that Dean or Kucinich would make it.
Ha! I am the only one who chose "Republican" out of 21 people so far. That's slightly less than 5% so far. I am surprised, as I thought there would be a little more diversity, but maybe some registered Republicans are a hidin'.
I'm independent... the Green party is cool, and I'm a huge fan of Nader! ^^ Politically I'm a very liberal socialist.
screw political parties... ill never vote for any of those 4 partys... ever... democrats, republicans, same damn thing different disguise... Ralph nader should have won.... he's been helping us sense vietnam, hes got the most political experience and the best ideas..
Wait, you'll never vote for any of the four parties I listed, yet you wanted Nader to win? You do realize he was part of the gree party, right?

actually, he left the green party and is now independent. he hasnt been in the green party sense 2000
Im not from the U$, but im probably more leftward than any of these parties. Isn't there a communist party in america led by a bob avikan? Im not terribly knowledgable on them.
Political parties are for suckers. You can't be free-minded if you choose to confine yourself within the rigid confines of a political party. I am an Independent all the way.
Next election I'll get 2 vote! Yess!!!! I don't know if i'm gonna vote Green cuz I care about the enviroment. But on the other hand the Libretarian party wants to make drugs legal. Soooo I dunno. Oh well i got years to decide.
