I think Portuguese as spoken in Brazil is extremely beautiful, the words just seem to flow so well and its almost rhythmical. One of the reasons why I like brazilian music is because of the language.

I think Spanish is very beautiful, of course this is a biased opinion since it's my native language. I dont think in all Spanish speaking countries it sounds beautiful, but whenever I've read poetry out loud in Spanish, to me, it sounds the way it's supposed to sound and I've never had that feeling when reading poetry in English, there's more of an empty feeling there, but again I know the emotional connection I have to Spanish, will never be the same as I have to English.

In your opinion, what languages do you think are more beautiful? Not only because they sound pretty, but also because the word seems to fit its meaning and carry an emotion with it.

I really like the way Spanish (from Spain, preferably spoken with a thick accent) sounds. I also really like the way Italian flows.

I can truly relate to reading poetry in Spanish compared to English... poetry in Spanish just sounds natural. Same thing happens with Russian, even though it's a little rough when spoken.

I think Tibetan and Bahasa Malay are very beautiful languages. I could just close my eyes and listen to it all day long.

That's how I feel about Portuguese. It's melodic and musical. I like Italian too, but it hasnt really made me feel the same thing.

I like Spanish from Urugay quite a lot, it sounds very similar to Argentinian Spanish, but softer. I had a friend from Urugay, Martin. I loved how he talked.

I like all the romantic languages. French kinda melts my heart.

I can speak a bit of spanish, but my accent sounds bad. I sound much like a Texan then ever before.

I used to like Portuguese until about 4 months ago. Now I'm surrounded by Brazilians I have learned to hate Portuguese(although I'm still trying to learn it). Italian, French and Spanish I likes :)
