Another guitar. I've been thinking about cleaning up my collection... I know someone from a guitar shop that has a Taylor 855 12 string for sale that I've been eying.

Also, I've been looking at Tacoma and Godin mandolins, I also know someone with a Gibson Mastertone banjo that they need to get rid of for $500 which is a helllll of a deal.

If/when I buy anything else it'll be more Blacet kits for my modular synth, more contact-mic parts or perhaps a larger chau gong (maybe 30" or so)... Probably won't be happening for a while, but that's ok; I've got enough to keep me occupied for quite a while.

Yeah, I just don't owned one. I basically learned to play basic sutff just from hanging around folk/bluegrass fests and when I was working with a guitar tech for a while. I'm hoping ot learn more of it. If I were going to buy a banjo and had a budget to go by, I'd probably just look for one with a good tone ring.

I really want to get a clarinet. I can't play any wind instruments yet and I don't even know how they work, so it'll be fun to piss people off trying.

this summer, i plan on doing a whole bunch of shows around town and save up for a new acoustic guitar. Dont know what kind, but im thinking a martin. When i was younger, i used to always go over to my friends house and play his martin...it was a grand guitar, that fit my style very well.

I have a newer Fender mando, and yeah.... get a better one used!
I'm actually looking to go to an Aiko drum building workshop, so that's sort of a purchase.
I'm building up my toy bag again, too. looking for a djembe stand (I slouch when playing standing and the stand would help me break the habit)
