What exactly is a "wet dream". I hear a lot of the boys at school talking about them but I dont think i've ever had one. I mean, I've had sex dreams but there's nothing "wet" about them.
You can ejaculate without any actual physical stimulation. Its totally mental. I've heard of guys that accidentally ejaculate before sex actually begins. Funny, but very sad too.
Like others said, yeah, it's a sexually based dream (hopefully?), and you spew your mayo. It's mostly psychological, although in like sixth grade public school sex ed they taught that it was also the body's way of dispersing old sperm when new sperm was produced, and the ball's holding space was maxed out, which I find believable.
Boys reach puberty at different times. At age 13, many boys' testicles have started producing sperm, but other boys (including myself) did not start producing the little tadpoles until later. At the onset of puberty, boys will start having sexual dreams at night, with erections, and later, when they reach full puberty, the sexual dream will end with an ejaculation of sperm and semen into his pajamas or onto the sheets. That is a "wet dream". I remember having "wet dreams" beginning at about age 14, and after having one, getting a towel or kleenex to clean up the sticky mess. Later on I learned to wake up before I had the "wet dream", so I would not make the mess. Once a boy regularly starts masturbating to orgasm, the wet dreams usually disappear.
I think they say one reason people have wet dreams is because they aren't getting out the goods at all. Wank one off before bed and you won't have a wet dream.
wet dreams are caused by sexual excitement from dreams or from you rubbing up against your bed or blankets or having a full bladder sometimes but its very normal. Guys get it because once they hit puberty alot of hormonal changes happen. Guys from 12 to 18 mostly get them but sometimes if you masterbate or your sexually active you wont get them as much and sometimes not at all.
