I generally dont' stay up this late any more. Just can't reaally sleep. Tried getting up at 5:30 every morning but just couldn't get to bed early enough. Now I've been doing like 8:00am to around 1:00am. Working out pretty well for the most part. What hours do you prefer? What hours do you typically stick to?
I don't really have a preference as to what hours I sleep, but it's nearly impossible for me to go to sleep when I want to. When I'm sober, I basically have to wait until I'm nodding off before I can sleep, because I suffer from psychophysiological insomnia and can't force myself to sleep. When I TRY to go to sleep, it almost never happens, because I can't keep myself from focusing on every random thing that pops into my mind. lol
I usually stay up late. The days I work, I wake up at 9 and have to be into work by 10:30. On the nights where I have to work the next day, I try to be in bed by 2:30-3:00 at the latest. Tomorrow I have off, so I don't have to worry. But I still plan on getting up at a decent time because the weather is supposed to be beautiful. It's not uncommon for me to stay up until 6 in the morning when I'm off.
usually i`m night bird and a late sleeper. i like to go to bed around 4 am and get up around 3 pm. That`s my perfect hours
That's what I used to do too, but I'm sleeping on someone's couch now, so I always wake up around 11am or 12pm to someone telling me to move so they have room to sit. haha
well recently i have to get up in 6.30 am because of my school ,which is on the other side of the city. And honestly said is a freaking torture for me! i feel like somebody has drank half of my brain and i need at least 3 hours to reinstate my normal mental and motion abilities. i am like a crack headed zombie. most of the times i don`t even bother getting up. i just don`t have will that`s strong enough i guess.
I tend to go to bed at 12 and then I might not zonk out till around 1 or 2 in the morn' I gotta get up fairly early for college, between 7 and 8 am. I usually wake up between 9am and 9:30am on weekends. 10am in I'm really lucky
I know what you mean. I've been trying to get myself down to like 10:00pm, but I just can't fuckin' swing it. But 8:30 to 1:00 is a lot better than the 11:00 to 3:30am. That was fucking my days all up....
I usually wake up around 6:15 AM Monday-Friday, and go to bed around 10:30, 11 PM. The weekends I tend to sleep in a bit more, but I still go to bed around the same time.
i need it so my body will recover from my training. so i stay healthy. and many other things getting quality sleep will do
