What do you do?

    when you feel that life is too hard at the moment and that so many things are going wrong and everything is moving too fast

    I slow down. I go to the store and buy some cheap plants, then go to the park and plant them. Read a book under a big tree. Go swimming in the river, or the ocean. Get in my car and go - without a destination. Call up an old friend who I haven't heard from in a while. Listen to those songs that remind me of the good 'ole days. Look at an old picture album. Cook a good meal and invite everyone together to eat it. Dance in the sunshine. Feel the sand or grass between my toes. Jump as high as I can. Race a little kid, and let them win. Play an insturment. Paint a picture. But most importantly ... Breathe.

    yea kynd thats awesome it made me happy just reading it... but most of the time when Im feeling like that I just go put a halter on Chai and go for a ride because theres nothing in the world that makes me feel soo free, just the way the horse moves and they just set off this feeling thats really unexplainable and seem to make you forget about anything that could possibly be going wrong...

    Animals can heal just about any wound you have.
    I'm not fortunate enough to have a horse, but my dog has always been there to comfort me when I was feeling down. I love to take her up to the mountains and just climb with her. Then find a mountain stream and just relax for a few hours. Listening to the earth speak. Amazing. :D

    I talk to my best friend or anyone spiritual (my best friend isnt). I remember Walking Don's words of "Be Gentle to Yourself" that he told me all the time. I go for a barefoot walk to feel the earth and my connection to it. I do standing meditation and balance out my chi. I watch a silly movie. I listen to the Beach Boys and dance around in my pajamas. I sleep. I watch the smoke of my cigarette dance with air until it finds its way to emerge with it and become one with the universe. I write.

    when i have no one to talk to i jog or take a long walk whilst listening to music. "jogging helps me from doing crazy stuff :H "
    i think of how to sort things out "though at times i can't. i have a good think about myself, put myself in other peoples shoes and sometimes cry like a baby...well it helps :D

    i never planted flowers before the other week josh, that is defenitly an expierence i wont forget anytime soon, my mommys flowers grew, i bet ours look awesome

    man. depression? when i was in this huge psychotic episode few months ago it was tough.. you just gotta go to the core of your problems in your subconscious... try meditation, stay away from psychedelics at all cost lol... and dont try jumping out of your car :&

    and then you realize that somehow that's a very positive statement

    in those weird bass ackward kind of ways
