On a day to day basis, what do you carry with you? in another thread I listed my bag contents, and I figure, what the hell, this might be interesting. add to that two boxes of wooden matches.
lighter, marlboro medium 100s, wallet, keys, knife, cell phone, rolling papers, pipe, and sometimes a bag of ganja
phone, keys, folded tissue just in case. I dont have much room in my pockets, female jeans are too tight for much else
my wallet which has: money, ID, library card, SS card, credit card, debit/checking card, some business cards, bus/train pass, receipts, some other cards - some for motivation, some for discounts and what not.. a knife ipod resume notebook for random notes and general writing throughout the day a book to read
well i mean, i didn't go into my wallet... my wallet has, my id my atm card my social security card some pac loot my change purse and some change. and sometimes i bring books.. depending on where i go. you're a badass too
see my scissors are the best. i can use them to cut stuff AND if someone is ganna come and jump me or rape me whatever they wanna do.
on my keychain: keys, bottle opener, various cards, gerber knife in my bag: makeup, lighters, sunglasses, money, perfume, book, crackberry in my car: flashlight, lantern, camp chairs, swiss card, small ape, books, iodine tablets, frisbees, emergency LSD supply
Knives are INCREDIBLY practical. I mean, seriously, I have used my knives more times just because I needed something sharp, and the USMC knife has a blade shaped like a leaf, not really sharp, but, if I ever need to dig, it is EASILY a spade, I've used it to change bicycle tires, pry apart a hard drive I needed the magnets out of, and as a steel for fire-starting.
Whenever I do carry my bag, it will contrain... Gerber Multi tool Gerber Double Take Double Knife Rescue Inhaler Camel Back Swiss Army Glasses Case w/ polarized Ray bans Ibuprofen Tissues Acer Aspire One Netbook and charger Headphones 2 gb Flashdrive 1 gb Flashdrive 250 mb Flashdrive 2 Carabiner Wallet Wallet sized Swissarmy Collection 3 Bic Lighters 3D Laser Glasses (you just never know!) Business Cards Guitar Picks in pick case Cellphone
OH! car shouldn't count, I could live for a week from the stuff off of mine (and I have 13 mylar blankets, a full tool-set, tarps, real blankets, survival gear for ALL kinds of situations, etc. TOTALLY shouldn't count)
definitely. i know from experience that a pair of scissors can be good enough to scare people off. yeah they are. seems i never have one on me when i need one though.
only if it's BEAR MACE not only is it enough to take down a bear, but it's a gel/foam, so it sticks in the victim's (former assailant's) eyes, and they can't really rinse it off oooh it burns.
