What do i do with my hair for prom

Im flying out to california to go to prom with my girlfriend and shes complaining about my hair. I want to just keep it down but she says its embarrassing. She should be happy im taking off of work and flying from new jersey just to go but instead shes complaining about my hair, what do i do with it?

 

I'm tempted to say you should tell her to go fuck herself. Why are you flying across the country for someone who's embarrassed by you? I don't know... it's cali man, doubt you'll be the only dreadhead at prom. tell her to chill out and be glad she's dating such a badass who flies his dready ass in for a high school dance?

or a ponytail might work.

haha thanks guys, i called her ungrateful and what not dont feel like getting into details but if i wasnt with her for 3 years already i just wouldnt go. Shes expecting me to put them in a tam bc she doesnt want them in her face but she doesnt understand ill look like an idiot with everyone dressed up and im wearing a tam
