What did you eat today?

    lunch was bk burger ...just a regular burger with ketchup..nothing else


    supper was a coffee and chunks of chicken breast fillets fried with curry and celery chunks...with sliced water chestnuts ...then near the end i put in some shrimp and peanuts and some sweet&hot thai sauce

    late night snack was the rest of the soppressata thin sliced just the way i like it

    Chicken mayo toasted sandwich, with a little bit of sunblock left over from my fingers. Not the best addition, don't recommend it, but it wasn't awful.

    Lots of sprouts and 2 karbonades (supposed to be called cotolettas in english but when I see pic of that it looks more like schnitzel?), also some cooked potatoes.

    Roast beef (med rare), pepper gravy, Yorkshire pudding, baked potato, cauliflower with cheese béchamel sauce, asparagus and a tomato cucumber salad with a white balsamic dressing.

    It was delicious and seconds were on the menu. :)

    My husband and brother in law made fish for dinner. They were in an ice fishing tournament today. My house smells so gross right now but it tasted good.
