My breakfast is fresh juice from my new juicer.

Handful of Spinach - which doesn't juice very well btw. Neither does broccoli I've noticed.
    1 Apple
    2 large carrots
    1 kiwi
    2 oranges

    So goood!!!

I've heard contradicting stuff about consuming raw broccoli wether you juice it or not. If Pressed rat (or others :p) have an opinion about it I would be interested to hear it! :)

Ah ok, I didn't know this before but referencing your post:

I will probably find it difficult to stop eating them raw (as much as I love cooked broccoli), just because its so yummy and crunchy in different salads. Funny thing my mom craved broccoli when she was pregnant with me, my dad said she would eat tons of it.

She would eat it cooked I assume? And yeah, I love it too. Ready in 5 minutes, tasty and super healthy! I just don't know about eating it raw or jucing it so if people have a founded opinion on it I like to hear them. I have also been thinking about gettng some kind of juicer/blender to make 'green smoothies' myself.

Both! She is a health nut. I mean there is no majorly averse affect to eating it raw. Its also good for your teeth when its raw.

Lol yes, I guess so. Its orange with a slight tint of green. Its just juice though I have ice cubes in it they are not blended.

I want to buy some good algae to start adding...

I read an article a few weeks ago similar to this, except it said you really only need to worry about it if you already have a preexisting thyroid condition. Which is good news for me because I eat 2 cups of raw kale a day.

    2 bananas
    baked oatmeal

    jelly beans!!!!
    goldfish crackers
1 huge bowl of steamed veggies with sriracha (carrots, brocolli, sugar snaps)
    a sweet potato
another huge bowl of steamed veggies with coconut butter (red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, garlic)
    a bell pepper with sriracha
    a waffle
    some croutons (?)
some vegetarian chili mixed with a bunch of spinach and sriracha (seeing a pattern?)

I've never used broccoli for juicing. I recommend people start off with things like cucumbers and celery, since they're easier to digest and tolerate in juiced form. Then, once you're used to that, work your way up to things like spinach, romaine lettuce, red leaf lettuce, cabbage, kale, collard greens and bok choy.

It's also good to add a fat source as well, be it avocado, grass-fed butter or cream.

I don't do fruit juicing because there's way too much sugar, and I am trying to get as lean as possible.
