i made soft tacos, some of the best tacos i've had in my life. cooked a chicken breast in the stupid george forman grill with some olive oil, heavily spiced with chilli powder, paprika, black pepper, fresh ground cumin, and a little salt. cut it up into chunks. i spread refried beans on some tortillas and heated it up, adding the chicken. i spread on a generous portion of homemade guacamole. i added monterrey jack cheese, lots of boston lettuce, fresh sliced tomatoes, and some slightly spicy salsa i like. these things were massive. i just piled stuff onto the tortillas and then folded it as i picked it up...honestly i was full enough after one i could have called it quits, but i didnt want the guac going bad so i made myself eat two each one had enough in it....it was about a third to one half the size of one of those bigass burritos they make at chipotle and similar places. ugh. i ate almost two hours ago, and i'm still fucking STUFFED! earlier i had the same thing, but without the chicken
I had a half-caf grande latte, a vegan coconut/bran smoothie (sounds gross, but sooo good and owner never makes me pay...I've gone almost everyday the past two weeks and paid twice), lemon bread and pesto tortellini with olive oil and parm
all of that sounds pretty good, but next time try that latte with soymilk....soymilk and espresso are a pretty fucking awesome combination. i'm NOT vegan, but soymilk is just so, so much better for lattes. maybe a small, small quantity of sugar in that would be good, too. i usually just drink my espresso straight though, i try not to drink too much soymilk.
some combos for breakfast (i know, healthy, right?), a veggie quesadilla for lunch with some homemade guac, and pan-seared fillet mignon with green beans almondine and chedder rolls for dinner. all of which i made myself.
I try to stay away from soymilk because of the estrogen. I usually get the unsweetened iced green tea, but I had to majorly clean my car out this morning (which for some hah who know me is no small feat) so I needed the extra pick-me-up.

i had raspberry yogurt for breakie i had a tunafish sammich for lunch i had pizza for dinner from my favorite pizza place in a 30 mile radius...hey, it had been a month
two fajita tacos with grilled onions, cilantro and green salsa. half a fajita torta with cheese, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and salsa, 2 ice pops, and a grande Java chip frapp light, no whip. didnt eat all day till 7 pm.
I had throughout the day 42oz or Dr. Pepper, 2 vanilla long johns. Then I binge eat at work [dairy queen] so to guesstimate 2 chili cheese dogs, and about 49387593487 slushies. and a whole lot of bowls of salad haha
for breakfast today i had a smoothie with blueberries, spinach, and wheat germ in it..the base was plain yogurt and rice milk....also had two wasa crackers with peanut butter on them and a cup of coffee for lunch i'm having some leftover mexican rice with queso fresco and lots of hot sauce.... i have an apple and some peanut butter left over for a snack and for dinner i'm making pizza with some (homemade by me) dough that i pulled out of the freezer...probably put mozz cheese, feta cheese, olives, roasted red peppers and artichokes on it....
