Brought a wheel at a carboot that is going to be lined with fireclay and become a forge, because I am that cool.

Well fire cement / clay / thingy. It's meant for bedding down refractory bricks (which is what I should be using) but it's cheap enough to just slap on an inch and spend 6 months slowly burning through it.

The Imaginary being did you draw the picture in your signature?

I've been making head bands for a craft stall I'm doing in July and watching Cast Away, anybody seen it?

Not usually one to be all "fuck my life"
But the last few days have been a shocker. I have always lacked motivation in just about everything ... but only now is it really starting to affect me and the family. My parents brought up the idea again of seeking help as it can be a sign on depression. I dunno... feeling pretty over it.

on a brighter note the Sex and Love forum is the easiest place to troll.. get on it

If You Suspect Depression Josh, Go And Have A Chat With Your G.P.

I Had It Back In The Early 90s And I Can Honestly Say It Was Terrifying.:(

Nowdays Doctors Know A Lot More About It Than They Did Then.

I Was Lucky, When I Finally Went To See My Doc, Because I Could

Not Understand What Was Happening To Me, He Picked What Was

Wrong Before I Even Had Time To Sit Down In His Surgery..[IMG].

With All Your Interests *surfing, cars etc* I Would Have Thought It

Unlikely, Seems The Busier A Person Is The Less Likely Depression

Can Take Hold, But I'm No Doctor, I Only Know What I've Read.

Has This Happened Before, And Is there Any History Of Depression

    In Your Family.

Have You Had A Major Setback Lately, Like The Death Of A Close

Friend..?? All These Things Can Trigger Depression.

Take Care, And Remember One Of The Best Things You Can Do, Is To

Bring It Out In The Open Like You Have Here...:).

    All The Best Mate...:).

    Cheers Glen.

Shit man :( I agree with what glen said, go and see your gp/counsellor. This year has been the worst year of my life and after counselling I do feel better :)

    Cheers man its appreciated.

Since I can remember I've always been an introvert, always one to keep to myself.. never one to seek or look for help. Never use to speak to people about anything when it comes to feelings.. or would only brush the subject lightly. If you haven't noticed already from my time on this forum I have trouble upholding a serious conversation. This is probably be the most serious thing I'll ever write here.

When I was around 13-15 it was more of an issue as I was on a strong anti-acne medication which had known (but not common) side effects of anger and depression. Which I believe I touched lightly on when I was on this medication... although I didn't bring it up with anyone. Back then I would often have real down and out moments. My parents were worried sick but I would tell them it was okay... and that I had just had a bad day. They didn't buy it I now realize

I remember talking to mate when I was like 12.. we spoke to each-other about ending ourselves (I think it was because his dad wouldn't give us firecrackers

Now nearly 4 years later I am pretty good. Still an introvert and still don't seek help when I need it. However I don't feel as bad as I did. I need to put effort into catching up with friends.

The motivation is more related to my future.... I don't know what I want to do... I feel I've outgrown my current job but don't wan't to move up to a managers position. Ideally I want to move into an apprenticeship but unsure on what area. The longer I wait out the more opportunities I miss.

I feel that my current mood has been brought on my a number of things.. however my parents were saying I've been acting differently for the last month or 2 now.

I honestly don't what I'm trying to say here.

The only depression known in the family is with some uncle who still suffers from it.

I started surfing as a way to release anger 4 years ago.. it's something I love

The car is meh.... I love to beast. But I keep discovering problems with it $$$. Which annoys me because I just want to drive it.

Thankfully I live in a good home with a supportive family... I've just got lots of decisions to make.

Also after writing this I actually feel slightly better. The mood I was in when I started writing this and the mood I am currently in quite different. I've kinda realized its not as bad as I think. Although I may speak to a G.P.

What I've just said there is more than I've told anyone I think... feel privileged.

Whether anyone actually reads this/gives a fuck.. is nothing I care about. I feel better.

I suspect a few trolls will jump on this... I won't respond
