Friday I treated myself to my favorite local vegan restaurant and then took the lil one to the county fair...which usually I hate but seeing her have so much fun made it worthwhile.
Yesterday me and the hubs got to spend the whole day together...we went to San Fransisco to the power to the peaceful concert. Saw Alanis Morissette, Alie Farke, Sly and Robbie, and Michael Franti for FREE! Woohoo!
Today, I have two papers to write and am procrastinating on here for a bit. Then I get to dress all 80's and go to my nieces birthday 80's themed party. lol. I'll have a dready side pony tail! awesome.

anyway, i spent today gutting all the hardware and electronics out of my guitar, took the neck off, then sanded the finish completely off of the body and the head. tomorrow i'm going to paste pictures all over it and clearcoat the hell out of it. i think i might put my old hightimes to use and make a cannabis guitar. pictures of nuggs and heady glass all over it with some text maybe and a supergloss finish over top

i think i'm going to change the pickups too while i have it all taken apart since i'll already have to rewire everything to get it back together and that was the plan for my buying this guitar a year ago and i still havent changed the pickups

 

helped a chick do her dreads who had hair down to her ass, they are bout halfway done after like 7 hours! I'm going back tomorrow to finish.. now I'm just relaxing.
