What are my chances of being pregnant?

i have been on the pill for almost a year now however in febraury i wasn't as consistent with taking it on time. i started a new pack 7 days ago and yesterday i had sex with my boyfriend 3 times in a row, and during the third time when he pulled out, the condom was no where to be found. we thought it was lost somewhere in the sheets. i checked inside me but didnt feel anything at the time until today... itd been sitting inside of me for almost 12 hrs. i don't know if it came off when he pulled out, or if it came off during sex. either way i took plan b this morning just in case.

lets say if he did cum in the condom, does that increase my chances of pregnancy since it's been sitting there for so long?
