I just got some dubia roaches in the mail yesterday for my dragon. I have to hype myself up before I get the bin our for her breakfast (what I will be doing some time in the next hour). Handling the roaches is still pretty gross for me, but insect tongs are for little wimps (or in this case... big wimps), but I'ma try picking them up with my hands for a while before I cave in and buy tongs.

edit: just finished feeding and it was not as creepy as last night. The adults still bother me, but the little nymphs are no problem.

I was at work today but it was so slow. Me and my workmate just chatted all day ^^ Going out to dinner in an hour or so for my friend's birthday! First time I've been out to dinner for months ^^

got blood tests done today, nurse messed up the needle on both myself and my brother, so the doc had to come in and do the other arms on us so both my arms hurt from needles and ive been light headed for the day

Yes, live dubia roaches. The other video was crickets... smelly, noisy, crickets. Roaches are merely icky (you can hear them moving around if you're right by the bin, but that's nothing compared to crickets chirping all night long) and they have a higher ration of protein:chitin which is better for the animal because they don't digest the chitin/exoskeleton, they just poop it out.

Today MAH HEATING IS ON which is lovely and amazing and im in my jammies and going todo some essaayyy. Though have got a couple of things I need to go into town for... My little camera broke, was working one min then it wouldn't focus.I have lost the reciept so I don't know if the exchange place will fix it for me

Just finished sending an application to live on campus next year when I move, or as a backup for if I can't get a unit with a mate. Also got halfway through filling out a bunch of online forms for Centrelink to see what money I can get next year. Gave up on them though to eat dinner and sit out by the fire for a little bit, and now back inside planning to do some assignments.

 

Apparently it's best for me to do my Gold DofE straight away. Farking scary xD

Still in my pajamas and I have a tutorial at 2pm. I want to stay in my pajamas xD
