Would you please stop making things up. There is no law against cluster bombs. I think you're confusing it with "the law that Israel is always bad and Hizbollah has every right to deliberately target civilians".

For the record I think Israel has every obligation to follow the rules of engagement. I just don't think that in Lebanon they were breaking them.
