I got an 83 % general average in my report card ... And i have positive comments from every teacher This is going to good for my cégep admissions i think ... And why isn't snowing here ? I want snow and cold now ..
I've been slacking off a lotttt this year... It's weird making the transition from 80s and 90s to low 70s. but... I kind of like it. a lot.
I've about had it with my counselors and the teacher/student ratio. I'm just going to try to get out and start going to Thomas Nelson full time, next year.
I'm curious, what letter grade is that? It would be a C in the states in the majority of schools. I like to see educational scoring differences.
Depends on where you live. I was born in the panhandle, just short of the Canadian border. The island I lived on had rain almost every day of the year with a day or so here or there where it was just overcast and about 15 minutes of sunlight every month. We were almost in Yukon or BC. 10 miles of paved road, everything else was dirt or gravel. You either worked on a boat as a commercial fisherman, were stationed at the coast guard base, or were in the tourism industry. My dad was a helicopter pilot/turbine mechanic for the coast guard, but he worked on a herring boat too. My mom worked at the largest hotel in town. You realize if you superimposed Alaska atop the contiguous 48 states, it's Eastern point would be Jacksonville, FL and I think it's Westernmost would be either San Diego or San Francisco, but you get my point.
Here, anywhere under 50 is a fail, 50-59 is D, 60-69 is a C, 70-80 is a B 80+ is an A... 90+ is an A+, obviously. These days, as long as it's not a 49, I'm happy as a clam.
