Somebody PLEASE(Read: pretty pretty pretty please with whip cream) tell me how to gain weight. I'm up around 4000 cals a day and getting nothing here. Somebody surely must know something, right?
Muscle weighs more than fat? That's all I can really tell you, we've been trying to get Daniel to gain weight like crazy, too, and so far he's up to a staggering 115 pounds. He was sick a few weeks ago and lost like 10 pounds he really couldn't afford to lose and is just now starting to put it back on. He's never weighed a pound over 135 in his life. It's fucking sick. lol
Man... right after highschool I weighed like 165 and wasn't doing to shabby. I ended up getting lazy and dropping to 140 where I've been stuck for 4 years now...... Was that a fat joke KC?:toetap05:
Not this guy. Used to drink 15-18 a night for a year or so and still got nothin. Edit: Tried soda too. Even tried soda AND beer. Nothing.
no. dave's been on a diet, he's cut his calories in half, been working out...and GAINING WEIGHT. *chuckles* looks awesome, though. i'm gonna have to start getting competitive to keep the women understanding i'm #1.
You don't have to get competitive. Just carry an AK everywhere. It takes less effort than competition. See I tried that too. People said I was eating too much and keeping my metabolism too high. I tried not eating, but then I was just hungry all the time and still didn't gain a pound.
Maybe you should eat at KFC every day? I dunno, but I had some KFC for lunch on Saturday and definitely felt like I gained another ass.
lots of healthy protein, veggies, and exercise. drink soy and kelp protein shakes. that's how you achieve a healthy weight... why do you want to gain weight??
I was jealous until I checked my weight and converted it. 48kg (105pounds).. I don't want my weight to change at all... Unless I grow, short isn't nice.

I've been eating all of that except the soy and kelp shakes. I'd like to gain weight because I've been looking kind of sickly the last couple years. I just don't really like being this small. Makes me feel kind of inferior at times, and to be honest it does prevent me from getting things done sometimes.
I hope that trick works. I just turned 25 on the 7th and everybody told me that was the magic number for getting fat and shit. We'll see. Oh, and as a self-plug: I quit smoking for my 25th birthday!!! (Actually the day after) 9 days strong biotches!
cardio exercise (particularly long jogs), weight lifting, push ups and sit ups. and eat 6 meals a day. you should look great in a matter of weeks.
