We swallow so many fucking pills

what the hell is with this?
everyone is just munching pills all the time
I've never heard of people having these problems last century... restless leg syndrome?
We just take all of these pills, shoving all of these unnatural chemicals in our body... I mean, people can't even handle a fucking cold anymore! they have to take all of these antibiotics, some shit to stop the nose running and whatever... STOPPIT! it seems like people can never rely on their immune systems.. no wonder so many people get sick... you need to let your immune system to do its job in order for it to work properly... if you keep taking medications, its turns to shit.

pills are my favorite snack, I eat them for the taste though. I guess Im wierd I really like the taste. Anybody else really like the taste of pills?

i hate all these pill poppers too, but some people need to take pills just to survive...

i only take tylenol once in a very while when i have a severe migrain.. thats all.

 

this medication I've been taking my entire life tastes SO good. I could eat the whole fucking bottle. but I think my spleen would shut down.

...no I mean I've been taking this medication since I was like 2... I had some spaztic reaction to a vaccine and got AI anemia, ha. the meds like, prevent my spleen from eating my red blood cells.

But I'm pissed off at it cause it doesn't really do anything, I just went 2 1/2 weeks without it at camp, I'm fine, still. When I got home from camp my dad told to take it every 3 days until we check out the doctor about it. fuck medications.

I was cleaning out everything in a cabinet under my sink, and a found a whole bottle of aderall from when I used to take it.
If I get all pissed off one day, I guess I'll take it.

 

The SSRI's are the worst, people need to wake up...it's getting bad

 

I've been on a couple of different antidepressants, the first one worked for like 2 yrs, and the one I started on a few months ago doesn't do shit, so I quit taking it. Now the fam is on me to start taking it, cuz I guess I am being a bitch, but I can't tell the difference.
I think if everyone would quit being assholes, I wouldn't need antidepressants.
Maybe I just need to start on adderell like behindthesun93. That'd perk me up.
Oh my god, I have a kid the same age as you 93. I am so old anymore!

 

I am Anti-pills also. When I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out I toughed out the pain without any pills. I don't understand how people can take pills on a regular basis like Adderall and SSRI's. I just think it's unnatural.
The only medicine that I regulary use is cannabis.

oh oh but last nigh i accadently took my ADD med instead of the sleeping pill and that makes me very hyper so that was interasting

We are overmedicated as a whole. Pharmaceutical Corporations are now permitted to promote every kind of miracle in pill form to a population ill-educated to make really informed decisions but cleverly programmed with brand names when their doctor confronts them with what is normally a minor issue not calling for a pill... but people are overexposed to promotion of chemicals only accessible through prescription and think that every physical inconvenience should be miraculously vanquished from the miracle cauldrons of free enterprise at a tidy profit. Testing standards have been relaxed to a point where a new drug takes about half the time to win approval than it did 20 years ago and the motivation is largely money as one might expect... the exception being generic approvals to enable the politically connected and influential pharmaceutical giants to reap even greater profits. Meanwhile the government does what it can to block people from crossing the Canadian border to obtain medication at more reasonable prices which is just another way of showing that the United States government does not answer to the people, but pays heed to the corporate interests that fund expensive political campaigns and itherwise influence peddle in order to garner sweetheart legislation that effectively holds down the population while they rob it.

The same goes for other major corporations- notably oil companies. What needs to be developed is a pill that makes congressmen answer to the constituents who voted for them instead of to the money interests who funded their bad comedies of deception. We are living under a criminal regime... and it matters not what party is in control. If you see the ads for Lipozene and other fat loss snake oil it should be apparent that the government doesn't care what poisons are sold for regular folks to put in their bodies. The problem really is willfully ignorant folks who do not want to adopt healthy lifestyles and expect all manner of physical and emotional inconvenience to vanish when they pop a pill. The pharmaceutical retail marketplace should be approached with the same wariness that one approaches a shadowy and suspicious stranger in a dark alley. World War III is well under way and it's global corporations and their unholy alliance with governments that are pitted against the working poor who are collectively allowing themselves to be fooled into thinking they have a say in government. They don't... WE don't. Our job as far as government is concerned is to shut up and pay our taxes.

well my sleeping pills are a natrual thing callled melatonin, it's not like a perscription pill its just a natural hormone that helps you fall asleep

and I was like, 'all right then'
but I'd take 2 the next day, nothing happened. complete tolerance.
so I guess I'd have to not take it for at least 2 weeks
