We ran away from a cop!

Okay now befor you all start saying what a stupid thing it was blah blah. There was about 14 of us all drinking in an abanded condo at the beach just about everyone was happy and all having a good time drinking and what ever and then just one cop comes he doesn't even realize how many people are there becuase it was so dark. I look at my friend when we are down stairs and she says should we run? And I look around the cop is flashing his light up stairs so I'm thinking fuck yeah! So we ran a couple other poeple followed.. We some how managed to wind up in a mangrove. We wait there until one of our friends call us and says that the coast is clear. We got away with it, but now what used to be my best friend fuckin hates me forever now. She says that I'm a bad friend becuase I left her and all this other bullshit. But I was just saving myself. Besides that I've already had two strikes against my name with cops 'aka two warning with in the past 2 or 3 years' so I knew chances of them getting away if they looked me up where slim. Worst of all they didn't get into any trouble what so ever!! So are they justified to hateing me? Would hate me? None the less I was also thinking of the past drugs I had taken and if I where to get drugtested I would probably not go on 6months of drug court! Any ways Id like for you to tell me if that was an unloyal act on my part?

 

wtf? Why would she be mad at you? I'd be runnin my ass along with you if there was a cop. Although if she was stuck or something and couldn't get away to run with you and you just left her like that.. I'd prolly be mad at you for awhile but since I would have gotten in no trouble I prolly would have forgivin you pretty soon. Like me and my friends always say: Fake friends: Bail you outta jail, Real Friends: Are sittin there in the cell with you sayin "Man.. We really fucked up, but damn that was fun!!"

They told me they saw me running ! So they knew they could have ran also! The only reason she stayed there was because of her boyfriend who told the cop where we were! [not like he wouldn't have found us anyways] but I would say he was more of a bad friend then us... And besides he was on probation so he knew what he was getting into when he stepped onto a beach after closing and onto private property.

 

Is she for f*cking real? F*ck that, I am headed for the life boat, if you want to look at the pretty iceberg go ahead!

Stirkes or warnings mean the same thing to me. All I know is my name is the system becuase about 4months ago I almost got busted for smoking on my break but the cop knew my Grandfather who was a former cop and let me off with a 'warning' also a year or so ago I had to smash my bowl infront of 4 of my friends and two under cover cops.. So I don't think I need any more situations with cops..

When the cops come its everyone for themselves. Unless like your gf is with you, then you need to help her in some way.
But ya, where we hang in the summer the cops show up all the time, and I'm usually the first one to melt into the woods, no one cares, we all understand the rules.
Your friend is an idiot, they should have run as fast as possible.
Also you don't need to be faster than the cops, just faster than your friends
