There is actually more evidence that shows Cheney having more power behind the 9/11 attacks than Bush.

And nobody will lose their job at all. People should've been getting fired left and right for all the defense failures on September 11, but not one person has lost their job since then.

 

Actually, people in the Bush Administration and around the world should be put to death for their murders on 9/11, in Afghanistan, and in Iraq.
