Want something stupid, try arresting a 103 year old!

A 103-year-old man has been arrested for drugs possession. He was caught with a small quantity of cannabis in Nottingham and let off with a warning, police said.

It was in my local paper the other day, hillarious xD
There was a story inside with this cool rasta guy who was 74 talking about when he got raided.
Funny stuff, but the police dont seem too bothered if its 103 year olds toking up, age discrimination imo.

 

I think the pigs just get bored, I wouldn't put it past them if they planted it on him .

 

He's probably about to die, let him have the ganj is what I say

I don't see why they have an excuse to arrest anyone for smoking the herb really.. especially someone with the age of 103, The man's prob been smoking all his life.. let him be, show respect to your elders.

 

i know right. our elders do know whats best for us.

 

Reminds me of when the cops shot some old grandma in Atlanta after they raided her house and shot back at them because she was supposedly selling drugs.

 

Yeah... I remember all of that a few weeks ago.

If I just happened to bust a 103 year old with some herb, I'd throw down and smoke a spliff with him.

 

i could imagine the old guy beying like all crippe then he smokes herb and u see him dancing and shit ..thats plobaly how he got caught cause he was partying too hard

While the cops questioned him, that probably gave a violent person enough time to hide someplace else.

At least they had the sense to not jail him...
