Wadup everyone, I just signed up to these forums and they are the first forums like this i've ever signed up for, besides totse years ago. And the reason i signed up is to thank someone for saving me 116$ by identifying a scam RC site that i had already placed an order thru western union for and everything 2 days earlier. So come to find out the scammer, ptx hadn't picked up the money from western union yet so I got my money back not to mention it was the last of my money and im unemployed. To tell you guys a little about myself i live near the heart of St Louis city, I'm a recovering addict going to the methadone program near here. I am detoxing right now, got down to 60 mg from 100 mg so far, going down 5 mg every 2 weeks, and i'm hoping to switch to suboxone once i get down to around 20 mg and do a month detox on the suboxone and after that I'm never going to put a needle in my arm again. I have relapsed several times, but I'm not going to let myself down this time. I just thought i would say a some things about myself, other than that I love music, rap and just really any good music from any 'genre'? is that the word? Since this site helped me out so much, saving the last of my money I'm going to try to help people on this forum as much as i can. If there is anyone going thru a similar situation to me go ahead and pm me, and we can talk about whatever addiction it is you have, whether it be cocaine or heroine. Alright everyone take care.

Hey bro- Had a dope habit since the 70,s (it got bad when I made it back from S.E Asia in 71) - I wont get into it,(the dope stories & war stories) but I also am on methadone - have been on maintenance since 86. Not concerned with getting off right now, I have continued to work steady for years now, raised a son(by myself-well mom helped) & have had the same woman & a great relationship for 15 years now. All the court shit has disappeared & life is good* * * 18or 58 -its a tough deal -lotta drama,just not worth it - - Your a young guy, I know there are other options, like subs - that werent available back in the old days Glad you found this site, I just found it myself - good people, havent been around so many good vibes since the Dead shows hoping ya find peace.
