    1 can whole mushrooms, quartered
    1 can sweetcorn
1 can asparagus cuts and tips

    "optional extra"
1 packet veggie sausages by Sanitarium (other brands on numerous trials don't cut it and it is better without in that case)

    "white sauce"
    1 cup of milk
250 grams of rennet free cheese
    1 tablespoon flour
1 or 2 tablespoons of butter
    1 packet of plain crisps

empty all the cans into a large mixing bowl and cut the sausages into about 1 centimetre pieces.
    Make a cheese sauce.
Melt the butter making sure not to burn it, add the tablespoon of flour and using a whisk blend it over a low heat until there are no lumps. Next blend the milk in slowly whisking all the time to keep it smooth and lump free. Once the milk is in add the cheese and keep whisking it until it is smooth and slightly thickened, not liquidy.
Pour it ever the stuff in the mixing bowl and combine together.
Next put it in a baking dish and roughly crush the chips on top.
Bake it in the oven for 15 or so minutes, until it is bubbling ferociously then serve it on rice and wait for your arteries to clog!!
    :)
