Can anyone recommend a good, natural, vegan chapstick? The weather is turning colder here and I need to keep the lips kissable. [IMG]

lol... guess I ought to check this out too! Thanks shutterfly :)

Oh my gosh. I just peeked at their flavors. Has anyone tried the Mandarin Orange? Or does anyone have any other recommended "flavorites?" I think I've gotta get some of these for stocking-stuffers instead of Burt's Bees!!!

Isn't vasaline (sp) vegan? [as it's pure petroleum jelly]
That's all I use, don't care much for flavours and such. Works a treat too of course.

    Merry Hempsters vote here, too.
Be aware they have a bee version, too. read those labels.
    Peppermint rocks.

lol... peppermint sounds lovely to me too, and DH & I would definitely use it.
But my kids seem to have contracted some sort of peppermint-hating disease... Hence the question about the orange flavor.

I don't get it... how could two minty parents create two kids SO against it???

Get this - I found the store locator on the Merry Hempsters website, and they're at my favorite health food store 3 short miles away! Gotta get it! I'm almost out of Burt's anyway :)

LOL same thing is our family (though it's only my brother who hate mint), just one of those things I guess. :)

Merry Hempsters does sound great, shall have to see if it's around in the UK.

I told them aliens swapped them for my REAL kids and they're actually really from a planet where mint is a noxious toxin. It's the only things that makes sense to me ;)

I'll back the shea butter. It's awesome for freakin' everything. I use it on every cut, scrape, burn, abrasion, tattoo or dry spots I may have on my bod. Do they make a pure shea butter lip balm? That would be ultra cool. That would be my fave.

fine as it will do. Lime is much better and I'm not sure why vegan lime is not in my store. Cinnamon is good, but it has enough warming to it that sensitive skins and kiddos should stay away.
i personally don't care for vanilla.
    now, coffee???
