It started yesterday, 20 Nov. 08. I don't go back to work until 1 Dec. 08. I love vacation. It's the best thing about my job. Not really a thread for discussion, I just couldn't contain myself.
Haha, that's too funny, the last vacation you had started like right in the middle of my last one, too! I don't have to go back to work until Monday at 11 and I've been off since Wednesday. It's my birthweek, I'm celebrating accordingly.
Yes indeed, it's a tradition I started in high school. I'm important for however long i deem necessary starting on my birthday. Because I don't give a damn before my birthday.

I would but my time is pretty booked up. I'm a nerd too. I've been to the Stones River battlefield in Murfreesboro, TN a few times.
my vacation starts on the 24th at 2pm (as soon as I clock outta work that day) and I don't have to be back at work until Dec 2nd. I'm flying to Vegas and then flying on to Denver.
great idea! i think i'm going to start annually celebrating my birthyear, starting on my birthday and then lasting through the following 364 days.
