US Congresswoman shot, and condition critical in Arizona

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords has been shot in the head in an Arizona Safeway this afternoon. The shooter has been identified as 22-year-old Jared Lee Loughner. He shot about 12 people, 6 have died, including a 9 year old girl.

Giffords was first pronounced dead but later was found out to be alive and showing signs of lucidity. She is/was in surgery later this afternoon and people are "optimistic" about her recovery.

Not to spread rumours but there's already been two links to Sarah Palin. The guy who shot Giffords at "point blank range" apparently quoted Palin and had a map that was a printed version or something of one that Palin had. Palin's map had apparently had crossairs over certain areas in the U.S. which represented politicians in those areas. Palin apparently claimed that the "targets" were people she wished to work with or meet with, I'm not really sure. Anyways, the shooter had a similar map, apparently he must have taken it out of context. His Myspace page was taken down afterwards, on which he listed his favorite book as "Mein Kampf".

I'm not saying these are facts, this is just what the people on the news have been discussing. Bringing up bits as they cover it, as I type this.

 

how does Palin live with herself?.. And they probably 100 Cia agents watching this silly stoner site. When its one of their own..

Oh yea, I forgot to mention that the shooter apparently discussed mind control/ government mind control techniques, maybe online, I'm not sure. I don't know if he's ex military or anything, but apparently he talked quite a bit about the subject.

 

what about the other 19,, unless they got a copy cats, i suppose its all good. but its not terrorists , just some single whack job "fringe" looking character ... I see how the media likes to suck us into fantasy tv reality. "Fringe" character? Arnt those "Fringe characters that work with the government and "psychedelic drugs".. thats just great now, every hippie is an assassin ..

Who said it was a terrorist? Also, I don't think this guy is a hippie, given that he's apparently a fan of Hitler's work.

His writing in that video and the "hello" one makes no sense.

 

That's why they call them nutcases.

 

If anyone watches his video "Introduction" read what he says at 3:16 and afterwards. It's kind of interesting.
