Has anyone ever heard of or (for women) experienced this? I played trumpet in band when I was younger. To play trumpet, you have to "buzz" your lips into the mouthpiece of the instrument. You can mimic this and "buzz" on the clitoris during oral sex. The women I've done this with have all experienced very pleasurable orgasms, describing it as much like a vibrator only much more intense. However, they and I have never heard anyone else , or any reference source, mention this as a possible technique. I've always wondered if anyone else out there has tried this.
