Okay, my uncle is a big crack head. I was home alone at his place and went in his room finding a mug on his dresser with his crack pipe, razors, wires, and meters in it all related to drugs. The strange thing is, also in the mug, is about 10 little bud looking things that are brown and wirey, and some covered in grey/black stuff. What are they? they have no smell either. Also next to the mug is prescription bottle with liquid in it (not the pill thats supposed to be in it). The liquid has sort of a alcohol smell, more like rubbing alcohol. I am not going to drink it, although it did get on my figure so i hope its not a weird absorbing drug.

any ideas on what these things are?

what do you mean by bud looking? could it be something to act as a screen in crack pipe? The liquid could be alcohol to clean pipes, etc. I've never smoked crack, these are just educated guesses.

yeah, i was kinda thinking that the bud looking thing might be steel wool to use as a screen for a crack pipe which would be a dumbass thing to do. not good for you at all. but as for the liquid the only thing that comes to mind is liquid methadone but i dont recall it smelling like alcohol at all

Liquid Methadone does not smell like alcohol at all. I have been taking liquid Methadone for a little over three years now and I have never caught a whiff of alcohol. Hell, to some people it might smell that way, but for me, it has always had a smell similar to Benadryl and other cough suppressants. As for the steel wool, that is commonly used as a screen in crack pipes. I used to smoke a little crack and we always used a glass tube with a little steel wool in one end. Unless your uncle is a very careful crack head then I doubt he uses alcohol to clean his crack pipe. And like dude asked, what color is the liquid? Once we all know what the color is then the chances of us being able to help you out will increase. I hope this helps.

the brown wirey thing is crack screen i found out, and liquid is clear. It just smelled weird with a little rubbing alcohol, and it was in a medicine bottle, why would he just use rubbing alcohol in a medicine bottle? it made my fingers feel very weird too, kinda like when you swim in clorine or whatever its called.

prolly dips his crack stem in there.. Once he feels like there is enough coke residue in the alcohol, he pours it on a plate lets the alcohol evap and the coke is left behind..
Seems kinda silly to me, when crack is really cheap to make and smoke.. If your not a idiot..

it the crack pipe steel or glass?
