Is anyone watching UFC 100 tonight? I would do anything to go though. Each fight on their own could be a main event. St. Pierre is one of my favorite fighters so I'm stoked to watch him vs. Alves in what should be a badass fight. Mir vs. Lesnar of course has its lure just b/c its a rematch from a few years ago when both (espeically Lesnar) were much more inexperienced fighters. Even Bisping vs. Henderson is cool just b/c of the British vs. American thing. I actually cant want until 101 when Kenny Florian, my fav fighter, faces BJ Penn- my least favorite fighter. Anyway, anyone planning to watch, or even better...lucky enough to go? Also predicitions? I got St. Pierre over Alves. Even though Alves is a harder hitter and quicker striker I think Georges St. Pierre is just an overall better fighter and has better endurance, which as long as he doesn't get KO'd will greatly benefit it. I also got Henderson over Bisping...I just can't got against my own countryman haha. And I think Mir over Lesnar. Lesnar is huge and scary fast for a dude his size, I just think he wears himself out too fast and if Mir gets him on his back it could be over.
I wish I could watch it. I love UFC. My favorites are Chuck Liddell and Forrest Griffin. Liddell because he's just a badass mofo, and Griffin because he's from Athens, GA; plus, he's a bad mofo, as well. lol
Haha, yeah, I read both of their books. Liddell's was pretty good but I loved Forrest's. He's such a regular dude & funny as shit. I would love to see him fight ( I think he's fighting in UFC 101).
I won't be watching the whole thing, of course, but I'll no doubt find myself viewing Mir/Lesnar, Henderson/Bisping and St. Pierre/Alves.
