Two years and finally caught.

I started smoking weed during the summer after my freshman year. I just started my senior year of highschool this weed, so it has been about two years. There have been a few close calls:

One night I decided to stick a joint in a homemade bong. JUST as I finished it, my brother came home. When he passed my door, he asked why it smelled like smoke. I said I didn't know. Then, I attempted to reconnect my smoke detector while my brain was swimming in a sea of THC. This was not a good idea. As I fumbled with it, I accidentally hit the little test button, which set of all of the detectors in the house. My brother came back and demanded that I open my door. I did not. I heard my parents' door open downstairs and my brother going down to talk to them. I waited, thinking "this is it - I'm finally caught". Then he came backstairs and went back into his room without a word. The next day, he said my parents said the smoke smell was probably from the fire that had been burning in the fireplace earlier. I gave my brother some bullshit story about testing the detector since he said he smelled smoke. He believed it.

Maybe a year later, some shitbag I know told my COUSIN that I smoke. She told her parents, they told mine. I said it was a lie and my parents believed me.

And then this morning. . . Well, it didn't start this morning. It happened last night, when I smoked a huge amount of weed with my brother in the room next to mine. I figured I would be ok - I've smoked many times in my room when there is only a wall between us. A while after smoking I went to bed, thinking there were no problems as usual. When I woke up this morning, I went downstairs to get some food. I came back upstairs and walked into my room. There was my brother, holding my drugbox (a metal box with a lock on it that I put things I dont' want my parents or brother to see in). It's open, and he's looking in it. The first thing one sees when he looks in my drug box is a big green bong.

He told me he had smelled it last night. He said if I promised never to smoke again, he wouldn't tell my parents. Not that that promise means much to me since I was forced into it by a misinformed individual who believed what he was told by the DARE officer. But, he said if he even smells it on me he'll tell my parents. That will make it dangerous to smoke. On top of that, I've found out that the bastards that run the school could begin random drug testing as soon as 60 days from now. Guess it's time to start cleaning out the piss. Dammit though. . .I wanted to finish that bag. And maybe sell my glass bowl I paid $60 for. Maybe I'll dig em out of the trash and do just that. . .

yea drug tests suck! my friend actaully bought one of those URINATOR 3000's/ ythe ones they advertise in hight times, andyway long story short the prostetic penisruptured and synthtic urine spilled all over his pants in math class. and he could explain it to anyone. me and my friends were on the floor in tears. fumny stuff.

 

how old is your brother and why does your family suck so much? you should have a better relationship with your bro.. thats what theyre for. and your cousin? same applies but lesser extent.

 

why did you smoke in your room? then your bound to get caught sooner or later. unless you have a vaporizer. ive only been caught drunk, about a week ago but i got off easy since they dont know the real story, nver been caught smoking and its been about a year now, (since early 8th grade or late 7th grade) and i dont think me or my brother will ever get caught. my sister wont tell on us either!

AHHHH FUCK!!! He just got back from taking his girlfriend home. He knocked on my door and asked why it smelled like weed. I didn't even smoke today! I want to punch that ignorant fuck in the nose. He searched my room for about five minutes then said he should take me out to where his girlfriend's mom lives. Apparantly it's a bad neighborhood. And apparantly all of these people live in this bad neighborhood solely because of marijuana. He also said weed makes you not care about anything. I've been smoking two years and my grades did not change at all. In fact, I got a job while I was smoking heavily. Ah this is bullshit. I don't want him searching me every fucking day. He said he'd be checking my car too.


Someone asked why I didn't have a better relationship with my brother. . . Just because he thinks marijuana is bad and I don't means we have a bad relationship? As much of a penisface as he is being, he is doing it because he is concerned. I am pissed that I have to pay for his ignorance though. He is 23 years old now I believe (for whoever asked).

 

if hes threatening you and invading your personal space, i dont call that a good relationship. meh, im an only child, my step bro is 23, he didnt care last time he saw me smoke, and he knows now anyway as does everyone in my hosuehold.
in fact last night i came home to find that a dinner party at my place, and this huge party next door, was all smelling like the ganj. all through teh house lol. i was so jelous i had gone out that night..

 

Man you don't want to have to deal with that until you move out of your house do you? Maybe you should just tell your parents and hope they appreciate your honesty?

yo isnt that illegal for them to just say ok were running random drug tests on all the students they cant do that man jsut say no and then ask to look at the law that says they can do that cause thats bullshit and if they make u dod it say the nurse person came in and tried to malest u hahahah

 

they cant force a test on you no, but if you refuse the test then they jsut count that as failing the test for administration purposes (you get expelled) but you dont get counted on record as failing.

 

you must not be at a public school. there's no way in hell that would fly here. there would be such hell raised. anyways, if you have cool parents, just tell them. if not, find blackmail on your bro. or do something to him. thats just fucked up how hes got you like that. i wouldve fucked him up long ago.

Apparantly the supreme court decided that it is ok for schools to test like this. They can't test just anyone, but they test anyone in sports or activities, and any student who drives. I don't think you even have to drive to school. As long as you have a drivers license your name will be thrown into the pile with all the others, waiting to be randomly drawn. This is a PUBLIC school by the way.

As for my brother. . . Yeah, he's kind of an anus. But I noticed that alot of the people who think he's crazy with this don't live in America. You see, in the land of the "free", weed is satan, along with every other drug (except alcohol of course). There is no distinction between marijuana and herion. They are both drugs that will "ruin your life". In fact,there really is no distinction between any drugs (unless they are legal. Then they aren't called drugs anymore. They're called "alcohol" and "tobacco"). Few people know anything about the effects of and differences between different drugs. They are all just "drugs". There are a ton of anti marijuana ads on TV. Kids are taught in school at a young age that drugs are completely evil. The way my brother is acting is a representation of the typical american attitude towards marijuana. We're also from Indiana which is a pretty conservative state. As far as my brother knows, he's saving my life from "drugs". Do you understand why he's being such a dick now?

 

That's a pain in the hole, most people where I live know that hash is pretty harmless and wouldn't really pass much remarks if they heard you were smoking it. You get the odd muppet who's more of a hardliner. Where you live sounds like a pain though. It's not as if smoking a few spliffs is gonna lead to you living on the streets with a heroin problem.
