Hey! Well Ive been tryna get rid of my tummy fat for like..ever! well so i was thinking about cutting down on carbs..just cutting down tho..so what exactly are considered 'carbs'? Like what..rice, bread, pasta...what elce??? Any tips on how to loose the tummy fat?? Its gettin too big for my skirts thanks!!!!
omg I have no idea but I feel you. I notcie that if I don't have sugar for a few days it goes down a little but I would fall asleep if I didn't eat sugar.

I don't think you should cut down on anything but animal products (fat, fat, fat!) Just eat a healthy vegan diet and get some EXERCISE! You don't get Tha Body by just sitting around and not eating carbs. If you have a rather slow rhythm of life - without biking, running, lots of moving, than just do situps as often as you happen to remember (let's say - three times a day for as long as you can), some pushups too, well - exercise Just live a positive life and all your problems shall be solved
