I quit about 3 months ago. Very freeing and I realized what a worthless habit it is and it smells like sheat. I still smoke MJ everyday, so that helps a little to.

Make sure to let all your friends and coworkers know you'll be acting like an asshole for the next month or so. :)

Hey Relayer; good luck on quitting the coffin nails.
    Hope it goes to plan.
You are a greater man than I if you can see it through.

    Thanks brahs :)
My lungs have already collapsed twice and Im only 23, so that is very bad news lol.
And it's just been making my chest hurt, plus my body feeling so tired, PLUS a new
baby coming, so Im just going to go all out and stop completley

good luck to you, i quit 14 months ago & i can truly say its the best thing i ever did. i did the usual things like drank lots of water & juice to flush out the system, made a list of all the reasons why i wanted to stop etc etc all those things that normal web sites tell you to do. one thing that helped alot was to keep a blog of how i was feeling through the quitting process, it helped alot with the frustration just to get my feeling out & down on a page. it also helped when i was craving to look back & read the blog so i could see how far i had come & what i had gone throught to get to where i was in the quitting process. but the thing that helped the most was this website i found, i was day 3 in to the quit & was searching for websites on quitting to keep me busy & i came across www.whyquit.com i read everything i could on there, printed stuff off & stuck it round the house.

the aim of the website is to help you quit smoking but also to change the way you think towards addiction & withdrawl. if you can learn about the impact smoking & quitting has on your body & mind you will sucseed in quitting & staying quit much more sucessfully.

Only 23? Christ, for some reason I always thought you were in your 30s!
But yeah, seems like you've got a lot to quit for man.
    Best of luck, matey.

Im ok, I mean I feel pretty bad, but I think I no longer have a fever. Although my eyes, ears and throat hurt :(
How do you call those things in your throat? I forget, well they are swollen.

I hate fake optimistics. I bet you will fail and will continue to smoke.
