My husband found this, so we thought we'd pass it along. :)

Apparently you must not board a flight wearing a shirt like this:

or else you will be deemed a security risk.

well its all part of a plan to disarm us and get rid of even the thought of being able to defend yourself .
The first firearms laws were brought into the uk in 1906 to stop possible insurrection in the lower orders , before that the people of this country were armed thats how we were able to defeat the army of charles the first.

The queen who still keeps the clothes charles the first was beheaded in understands that to stop a possible successful revolution you need to make your subjects unarmed and helpless much like sheep , where you have a army and police force that can kill dissidents at will or random people like the man who was shot in the tube .

if you think you could vote the queen out your mad , and when you see moves to ban knives or teeshirts ,you have to see that in the context of control of the masses .

The present situation doesnt make the world safer or stop violence as we have a small elite starting wars all over the world , what we should have is everyone armed in the uk much like the swiss who havnt fought a war in 400 years and have a very low crime especially gun crime rate .

if you say well ok it works with the swiss but it couldnt work here why is that and what can we do to get closer to the swiss model , and not the imperialist monarchist model we have now where power is just in the hands of a small elite and not the masses

Thankfully only an eccentric minority shares johnny's views. Most of us are happy to live in a country where even the police do not routinely carry firearms on the streets, a situation which must be barely imaginable for most other nationalities.

sheep are mighty happy in the field even when their future is slaughter

if you look at the number of government sponsered genocides you notice most of them are on unarmed people if you support gun control your in fine company that includes the nazis and hitler , joseph stalin and mao .

look at the number of people killed by government even elected government like the nazis its a couple of hundred million in the last century , what make you think that a government that covered a country with nuclear poison Iraq wouldnt do a genocide against its own inhabitants .

262 million victims of democide in the last century. According to his figures, six times as many people have died from the inflictions of people working for governments than have died in battle

^^ A link I found on a brief web search.

Top of the list is - yes you guessed it - the States, where they give you a gun for opening a bank account.

Switzerland comes higher than the UK, and you also can't flush your bog there after 10pm. Party on.

In today's society, everyone is wrapped, twisted and warped by fear. Even something as innocent as that t shirt, would evoke fear. It is irrational and common sense has been quashed.

Looking for common sense in Britain, is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

top of the list of those selected countrys

and party on living in a country thats part of a army of occupation in Iraq and afghanistan, how many wars has the uk been involved in in the last 400 years its got to be in the hundreds , and switzerland no wars .
I know that its very rare for one of hundreds of thousands of assualt rifles in swiss homes to be used in any crime unlike the assault rifles in the hands of the british army , whats the present score of dead from iraq

and what does that have to do with T-shirts or the price of bread for that matter ?

a picture of a machine designed for the purpose of killing is a frightening image whether it's cartoon or not

I dont find pictures of weapons or weapons frightening why should I ? if you have swiss assault rifles and their never used to kill people because they never fight wars how are they more dangerous than say a truck

fear has more to do with emotion than it does to rational and emotion is not necessarily in your control, that is why people can find images frightening even though logic will say they are harmless, same thing with spiders

lost me with the swiss stuff mate, different thread maybe

this isn't the first time something like this has happened though, just the first time we've seen an article on it. things like this happen all over.

i remember a guy being thrown out of a mall after 9/11 for having a peace symbol on his shirt (which he had bought a store inside the mall).

i've seen what guns can do to a place though, and guns are not the answer.

not to mention the fact that a large percentage of guns end up in countries that aren't listed in those stat sheets. places like Zimbabwe and the Congo. there are countries rife with war because one faction of people wanted to over throw another faction of people using guns, and where does that leave everyone in between? most likely dead or scared they soon will be. but maybe those people in between deserve to die because they are just a sheep that didn't feel it necessary to pick up a gun.

someone that is afraid by an image on a t-shirt like that is just stupid ... even if 1 person were afraid, it should not mean that their fear should outweigh what should be common sense. this story is idiocy at it's finest, in my opinion. it shows how far people will go to protect us from things we don't need protecting from.

If someone were getting on a plane with the words "I have a bomb with me" then by all means, make them change their shirt and search their luggage too ... but that didn't happen.

Say you were wearing a Bob Marley shirt, does that mean you are carrying drugs?

Basically what they have done is said that you are more likely to be suspected of having weapons if you are wearing an image of a weapon. Even if said image is completely benign.

    Sheer lunacy.
