trafficing heroine

my sister was caught trafficing heroine...aproxx.20,000 dollars worth...how many years is that if convicted?!

 

you'll be visiting her in jail for many, many years.

Heroin

• 14 grams or more, but less than 28: 5-20 years prison, with a 5 year minimum mandatory prison sentence
• 28 grams or more, but less than 100 grams: 7-20 years with a 7 year minimum mandatory prison sentence
• 100 grams or more but less than 200 grams: 10-20 years with a 10 year minimum mandatory prison sentence
• 200 grams or more, 15-20 years with a 15 year minimum mandatory prison sentence

yeah i know, drug related crime is only a crime because the substaces are illegal, it sucks, theres far more real crime out there, like, they let someone take ecs back in the day from shrinks, but if you do it now you are suddenly evil and should be locked away from society. but i guess it was heroin and not all drugs are unharmful..

thr amount of jail time she is definately looking at if convicted-i agree it would be worthwhile to vanish ASAP, she knows she's going and will get caught eventually so may as well have a "holiday"(sorry Vacation for those of u in the states) on the run beforehand. Not really got anything to lose.....

 

Sorry to hear that and she would do well to just go to Canada on Holiday/Vacation and take a hike over the boarder to the USA.

Depends on the quality and who is giving this estimate. Street value is 2,000 dimebags, which could be 25-100 mg each. Or if it's like black tar it might be a lot more than that in a dimebag.

 

yeah....and killing people is only a crime because its illegal...whats your point?

 

but with drugs your only hurting your body, while as killing someone your taking someone's life. Not trying to get all hypothetical in saying that taking drugs can hurt someone's feelings or something like that, so can having sex with someone elses wife but hey thats not illegal.
