I'm usually the first to scoff at these lame-ass reality TV shows, but this one caught me. I think it's hilarious! They always find these uptight suburban families with psycho moms and throw them into care-free homes in the south where the executives KNOW that they'll go MAD.

I keep missing it, but the last one I saw was with this clean freak bitch of a mother who couldn't have a moment of fun even though the family she was with was really cool. Kinda sad that they exploit these unfortunate people who are so set in there ways that they'll probably die of stress - but it's SO funny to laugh at them.....now I'm gossiping like a girl...........good show.

yeah I also hate reality shows but I really came to like this one since fox is one of the two stations that I have!

I really enjoyed the episode when they sent the vegan mother to live with meat-eaters, it was very funny, and sad.... that woman was the biggest bitch ever!

she gave vegans a bad name IMO!
not only did she slapped their dog and shoved its nose in its own piss (while in the same week forcing the family to watch an animal cruelty video), but she was putting the family and their lifestyle down the whole fucking time, them she actually resorts to eating meat and thought it was good!

although I know not all vegans are like that, (it would be a silly thing to assume after witnessing just one persons actions) its just too bad cause I've heard people say they think vegans are crazy after seeing that woman on tv!

anyway I like that show it can be pretty funny for the most part :)

Heh heh, I saw that one too. The Cajun people were just looking at her like she was crazy the whole time. And she kept crying....and talking to herself. And her family at home were so submissive to her, it was sad. And then she wrote a letter to the other mother saying she was doing a bad job at raising her kid....but she was the coolest woman, and their family was happy. And the vegans weren't.....

The one that got me was that hyper-aggressive African American lady who literally got home, got into bed and demanded that her children and husband LITERALLY wait on her hand and foot, getting her wine, dinner etc. When the spouse she traded with tried gently to suggest she was mistreating her kids that way she went ballistic.

Yeah, I found it pretty entertaining. It's great how complete opposites swap families...makes the show interesting to watch.

Haven't see that show, but it sounds a lot like wife swap. Which I do adore. :)
