This is one example of a totally BRAINWASHED SHEEPLE IDIOT!!!! www.youtube.com/v/4OpgiNEyBVA I almost couldnt watch the whole thing!!
To be fair, he sort of put them on the spot, it's hard to go back at that point on camera, when you don't even know that it's true, what you're hearing. He should have said the name more clearly, and asked them to look it up on their own, maybe given them a card. To me it looks like they found ex-bush guys who saw the error of their ways, and thought, because of fox news, that democrats really are the opposite of republicans-so they jumped on whole-heartedly. So, I don't think it's fair, and I think that he should have taken a less confrontational stand and actually educated them or given them the info to do it themselves. They're there on the fourth, and there's a dick who seems like a republican birther death-panel fema-camp rabble-rousing nutjob making partisan attacks and being pretty aggressive, even if polite, well of course they're going to say what they did.
In my opinion, if a person is presented with info that is new to them, there should be no feeling of needing to get defensive. What's wrong with saying "I'm not familiar with that so I can't comment?"
I totally agree, but that's not an idea that the political climate in america looks kindly on-and if they did, the interview guy would have aggressively gotten into how they can support obama because he's a democrat, without EVEN knowing about this stuff. And it's very unlikely they believed him, because again, he seems like the opposite of the republican death panel nut-he's the fema camp nut. I know about the things he's talking about and think they're VERY sinister, but I STILL don't like him or how he set them up. I mean, that guy was literally leaving the festivities because the interviewer chased him off and ruined his fourth, as far as I could see..... maybe he was heading down tho street to the library to use the internet to look it up, for all we know, but the guy really put him on the spot. He'd already gotten him to identify as a democrat and fully supporting obama, and then he was attacking him. Seriously, what a jerk. I am strongly opinionated online, in a place where we come to debate things, but he's walking around on the street, trapping people in a position where he tells them that they're supporting a murderer who assassinates american citizens. They're not saying that it's okay because they think it's okay, it's because there's a papparazi style creep in their face, they're using the classic turtle tactic of dealing with a bully, to just agree with all the nasty things he says against you, and in doing so, pull his teeth, because he's not saying anything you seem to disagree with. They didn't believe him, but knew better than to stick their necks out and go "no he didn't". I don't think ruining people's days and making them leave the fun while telling them horrible things about politicians in such a way that it reflects nasty things on them, is any way to win the hearts and minds. It makes sanity look like a fringe of mean aggressive people.
Ya you have a point I guess buddy! Not all of us ARE AWAKE and AWARE of the evil in this world right?
I agree with roor. The dude is a dick and he's annoying. That guy wasn't out to prove his point on the NDAA, he was out to make someone look like an idiot. Thats a dick move. If he really wanted to make a point he would educate people in a non-aggressive way. This video doesn't exactly prove anything new anyways. Humans have blindly followed their leaders since the beginning of time. Followers are more numerous than free-thinkers...no surprise there. Thats why Hitler rose to power. Thats why the Soviet Union was able to exist as long as it did. Thats why the NDAA passed and hardly anyone blinked an eye. And now the poor guy confronted in this video will probably never do his own research on the NDAA. If the interviewer had presented his viewpoint in a less aggressive way, he might have went home and did a google search, thought about it, realized that sometimes our leaders are wrong. Instead he probably went home and thought about how many assholes there are in the world and how he had the bad luck to run into one that day.
I thought he was reasonable. I'm normally against any kind of on-camera confrontational, but this seemed pretty reserved. He didn't say 'you're an idiot' or anything like that, just asked a few questions. Anywy I wouldn't make anything out of this. The other guy obviously didn't care and probably wasn't even listening. Sometimes your answers come from the situation and not from the question, which I think Roor said something about.
It's not because he was on the spot. This guy is a typical blind sheep. But I don't think the country is filled with these people, but it is a good 20%, about 60% don't give a shit and, the remaining 20% are Freedom fighters left or right. (this is only a guess of course.) But it feels about right to me. Note; Only 1/3rd of Americans supported the Revolution of 1776. 1 in 10 people then were still faithful to the queen. (Roughly)
