The plumber must have called and 'fixed' the leak, 'cos its finally stopped raining but its still a bit draughty and wind is blowing strongly.

I've been out at -30c. That is really unstandablle, very painful to stay out but -15c is nothing. That is not much cold. A calm -15c is comfortable to spend time outside by dressing clothes.

-30c is ''a oh my god, what the fuck is that'' kind of cold. That is very painful

-15c is a nice weather.

 

It's cold outside with windchill's by morning between -10 F to -20 F below zero
