    NOT the best day for a stroll on the pier, or is it?

    I kind of like walking in a storm, if I am prepared for it. Nothing like that feeling of getting back inside someplace cozy for tea.

    Checked in on your webcam mid-day today here, and it was all dark out there! But not so windy... guess it calmed down a bit.

    Hahaha nope!

    I had no hoodie, sweater, or a jacket on. Everyone I saw had like a heavy winter jacket on, gloves, and some kind of hat. I often wonder if they are all from Florida lol

    No daffodils yet. Probably over the couple weeks plants will wake up. The ponds are starting to thrive again. That means they are healthy and have turned over without killing anything in the water.

    Here in Colwyn Bay right now it is 10.55pm so dark.
    The winds have dropped a fair bit, but overnight the forecast is for high winds and lots of rain.
    Am expecting it to be quite noisy later on.

    Funny!

    My Mom was a big fan of both Louis Prima and Keeley Smith. One time Mom came to visit us in Las Vegas, so we took her to a show with Keeley Smith performing. Mom loved it and rushed the stage afterwards to get her autograph. She was a charming lady who then sat with us and had a drink. Fun times!

    Another sunny day! But I sure did enjoy going into town after dark last evening. It was a long time ago that I last had the pleasure of walking around and seeing people being happy. Masks were on everywhere, only the ex-pat tourists refuse to wear them. I found I got preferential treatment because I WAS wearing a mask!

    There is a new dancing fountain in the Jardin Velasco by the Cathedral, fun stuff watching the kids play in it.
