Aww... still not feeling well? *hug*

Vit C is a good start, but I'd be pumping myself full of other vitamins as well. Lots of fluids, esp juice and water. If you have a cold, it's a good thing you're vegan as you should stay away from the dairy. I'm not sure if soy milk will give the same mucous issues that cow's milk will give ya, but I'd steer clear of that. Wish I knew more, hon.

You know whats good and natural, follow the flow. Im sure you have heard of the plucibo affect, If you think your sick, then you'll think your sick. But if you dont think your sick, then you wont think your sick. My thoughts are what usually get me sick

So if I think I'm not having a heart attack, I'll live?

If it's a sicky bug then I tend to starve it away.

That'll be Placebo your thinking of ;) And all this if you think your sick, then you'll think your sick, what? If you think something, then you are thinking of that something  But thats not what placebo means anyway. Placebo is more like if you are ill and someone gives you a pill and tells you it'll will make you feel better, you will . Because you think the pill will improve your state, supposedly you'll feel better just because you think you should.

Since Thursday. I've just been to the herbalist and he said to avoid diary, refined flour and sugar. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. He's given me some black elderberry extract to take too.

Bleurgh, It's such a lovely sunny day... I feel like I'm wasting it :(

Throw stones at passersby ... I can't explain it but it always makes me feel better when I am ill. That and masturbation. Or both at once (that's advanced level only, for serious wankers like me).
