Tim Burton expressed interest in doing one though, so they canceled it.

I don't like the look of any of the wonderland characters, and I HATE the Mad Hatter's look, but I hope the acting can make up for it.
But really, Corpse Bride has made me very wary of Tim Burton lately.
I still haven't seen the Sweeney Todd one though.

 

Sweeny Todd drove me completely nuts within the first 15min.. i could not even bare watching any more of it

The latest news I could find about it was from June 2008, saying that it will definitely be made - BUT it needs to find a studio first. =/
