    Alright I got a question. I hope someone out there has an answer. This year I finally lost my virginity to my soon to be husband. Well since then I have stretched (like that was a suprise:rolleyes: ) I was wondering though if there is any exercises that anyone knows about that would help me get a little of my tightness back to spice it back up for him?

    umm basically, you tense your pelvic muscles, hold for as long as possible and release, repeat several times everyday. you can do it anywhere any no one will know

    Yeah, plus doing kegal exercises will make your orgasms more intense. Fun.

    Kegels are great advice. The PC (pubococcygeus) muscles can be located by stopping a stream of urine from flowing.... you use your vaginal walls, perineum and anus to gently contract. Perhaps sitting on a towel or your heel if your flexible enough would help initially... hummm... it seems like the spice would be from so many other things as well. Leaving the lights on. Going to sleep with him inside you exc... Namaste.
