So, what's anyone doing this weekend?

Tomorrow morning we are going up to the park for this beginning of summer thing they do with food and flea market stuff and well, a bunch of kid's stuff like carnival games, etc.- It is also when the splash park (soft play area with uh..water stuff ... basically a big area that's like running through sprinklers) is opening so Cason loves places like that... :D So, gonna do that but I think because of the tropical storm the weather is not gonna be super nice for it. Oh well.

After that I plan on just relaxing really.... gonna go grocery shopping and wanna get some crabs or some sort probably and just watch some movies and stuff. Been kinda a long couple weeks so looking forward to not having to do too much- NOT having to visit a million relatives, which I sometimes feel like that is all we ever do.

Nice! I hope you have a lovely time. :)

Tomorrow I am going to a surprise 60th birthday party for a friend. Going to be fun and food will be great.

Weather is not the greatest as we have had a lot of rain so Sunday I will probably not do too much other than make a family dinner. Usually it is about 10 of us and it is really nice to sit and enjoy them and the food of course.

    Life is pretty good! :)

Well, all days would be the same for me except D is either working or sleeping all day and night every day except Saturday so typical weekends are the only time I get to see him for more than a cpl mins...

I have responsibilities. I work. This is my weekend to work. Tonight is my night off, but I am going to bed within the next hour or two because I will be getting up early, because it's public market day.

I'm stuck in kodiak Alaska for the weekend. I went beach combing today and most likely again tomorrow.
Hopefully I'll get back to work Monday.

I'll be studying for an exam, waste my time on the internet during breaks, go for a coffee and I promised someone help with their web page design/update.

No idea what I'll be doing on Sunday, though.

Well, so far I've barely moved except to pee and get a drink. I don't need to work till four this afternoon so I'm taking advantage of the opportunity to be as lazy as I want. :2thumbsup:

I work for four hours, then I might hang around for a drink afterwards. I'll probably grab myself a six pack and drive home and then I'll chill with the family for a while. Tomorrow I might just spend the day chilling in the sun (if it isn't overcast), and clean my room and bathroom.

so far this friday night i have just been vaporizing cannabis, listening to music, playing bitcoin poker, perusing the forums, all while enjoying two tasty beers and some chinese food.

tomorrow i may go grocery shopping with my wife for one thing. we need a lot of food. she usually does it alone, but likes it when i come. [twss] <---starting a new internet abbreviation

we could check out that public market that PR is always raving about, but i'm not a morning person. my normal hours at work are ~10AM - 6PM or later. i stay up way too late and wake up way too late. and the public market is best in the early morning..not so crowded, probably the freshest stuff.

we also need to do laundry. it's a battle every weekend that we lose.

may go to lab and do a tiny bit of work.

but mostly i like a weekend like that ^^^
not the relatives part always, but two weekends ago my in-laws spent the night for a night (not bad), and last weekend my bro and his gf spent the night. but we all tripped and had a really fun night...so it was great, but still, having a weekend of not having someone visit will be relaxing.

sounds awesome to me too man! i took a cruise to Alaska two summers ago and here's some pics from Kodiak:
